Tickets
The event is free of charge. There are no tickets for sale. All VIP areas are fully booked.
Admission
The following entrances may be used to enter the event premises:
- Ebertstr./corner Scheidemannstr.
- Ebertstr./corner Behrendtstr.
- Scheidemannstr./corner Yitzhak-Rabin-Str.
- Str. des 17. Juni / Grosser Stern
- Kleiner Stern Nord and Süd access
The front entrances of the Brandenburger Tor shall be closed if the Platz des 18. März should be to full, and all visitors shall be redirected to the hind (or back) entrances.
Journey
There are no parking opportunities in and around the event premises! Due to the constricted traffic situation, we would like to ask all visitors to make use of the public transport system upon your arrival. The nearest stations are: Bellevue, Tiergarten, Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstrasse, Kochstraße.
The S-Bahn Station "Unter den Linden" will be closed from approx. 17 hrs due to the closure of the Pariser Platz.
Open Air
Silvester in Berlin is an open-air event. There are a number of tents along the event area. A reservation is not possible.
Entrance
For security reasons, there will be entrance controls when entering the event. Fireworks of any kind are strictly forbidden at the entire event area. All sharp and pointed items and items that can be used as weapons, cannot be taken on to the event area.
Catering
A wide range of food and drink will be offered at a number of catering points. |

Programme
The international program and the stars of the live TV- Show will be presented at 15th of december 2009 at this website.
Children
Children are always welcome at the event. We would however like to point out, that due to the large amount visitors, it will be very full and crowded. Please also think of the level of noise at the event.
Security
Bags shall be checked at all entrances. The following objects are not permitted on the event premises and shall be confiscated or disposed of:
- - Glass bottles
- - Spray cans
- - PET-bottles bigger than 0,5 litre.
(what are PET bottles?)
- - Hard alcoholic beverages
- - Sharp or pointy objects
- - Fireworks
- - beverage can
Wheelchairs
There shall be a stand for all wheelchair users in the proximity of the grandstand; however, the space is limited. Please contact the Red Cross on site Ebertstr./corner Scheidemannstr.
